This site presents the vision, clinical framing, product requirements, and specifications for a heart failure monitoring app that augments or replaces KCCQ with continuous, ambient quality‑of‑life measures. It includes domain definitions, alerting, data and API schemas, EHR/EDC integration plans, and a staged roadmap to trial‑grade validation and expansion.
